Having purchased my ECM Giotto from you approximately six months ago, I thought I should give you a summary of my experiences so far. The Giotto really is a great machine, not only in its ability to deliver truly excellent espresso, but also in its style and 'personality'. To my mind, the Giotto offers many benefits 'super-automatics' simply cannot: 1. It encourages the user to refine and improve their espresso-making skill (and rewards the effort); 2. It is a wonderfully stylish addition to the kitchen, acting as a focal point for appreciative coffee-drinking guests.

I have found the Giotto suitable for making coffee for up to 20 guests at a time - the ability to easily plumb it in for continuous water supply makes this even easier. The Giotto is based on a design philosophy that emphasises style, but is built on simplicity (which will translate to easier servicing in the future).

Now my enjoyment of drinking great coffee is made even better, knowing that I am making great coffee! I appreciate your dedicated and personal service - it's a perfect match for the product! PS. The plumbing in has worked perfectly. I earthed out the reservoir probes as discussed - alligator clip to bridge them - easy!! You'd be surprised how much easier it is, never having to lift off the cups, in order to fill the machine. Makes it very useful as an instant hot water supply, too.
