SAECO MODULAR CAPPUCCINO
The MODULAR Cappuccino is a commercial automatic machine best suited to the business (office and small cafe) environment and will cater for up to 200 users daily. The Modular offers push button operation for two dispensing quantities giving normal and long espresso as either single or double cups. Short black or espressos are also dispensed easily by pressing the normal coffee button and stopping short. All dispensing volumes are easily programmed simply by holding the button down until reaching the desired amount and then releasing. The dispensing unit is adjustable for all cup sizes and will also cater for mugs. The MODULAR should be considered for your office if you have 20 or mor IN DETAIL The Modular is available in a chrome plated/blue black finish. The bean hopper holds 1.3 kg which will make 200 cups. The drip tray is large and deep and can be plumbed to remove liquid and/or coffee cakes underbench. The cup warmer is independently heated via an electric element and keeps glasses very warm. The LCD display speaks to the user in respect to all operation and requirements of the machine. Steaming of milk is performed either manually with a very capable steam arm or automatically by being drawn from a 12 volt 6 litre chiller and dispensed directly into the cup at the touch of a button. The panel above shows a choice of milk volumes for latte, cappuccino or hot milk only. Again all easily programmed. Features Pre-ground bypass option.
Coffee Select provide training and maintenance support through personal contact, team training and access to online trouble shooting web pages. Spare parts are readily available. The Saeco Modular requires direct plumbing with an inline pressure reducing valve (350kpa) and cartridge water filter. The fitting size is 3/4 inch. 15 amp power with a dedicated circuit from the switchboard is also required. Coffee Select provide installation management with trained tradespeople. Water and coffee waste can be plumbed at the same time.
